CMS support offers pre-paid support plans. Each plan has number of tasks to be carried out per month and are billed monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.

 

How do I get support?

When you make an order and payment, you can immediately submit your support requests through a FORM or email us directly support@isnetsolutions.com . If you use any of the available options , a member of the team will typically reply within an hour during business hours.

Note:

Purchased support plan has allocated number of tasks monthly and they remains valid until the month elapses or the number of tasks completed.

Purchased support plan is not transferable between customers or rolled over to months.

Purchased support plans are not refundable.
