1. Company Service fee shall be refunded if the refund request was made within ten (10) working days after payment and if any of the non-refundable conditions below does not apply:

    A. Company Service fee shall not be refunded if any of the requested service has been processed and any of the involved stages have been completed by the company.

    B. Company Service fee shall not be refunded if the request for a refund was made after ten working (10) days of payment.

    C. No refunds shall be granted for assessment fee, documentation fee, and third-party expenses and for events that are beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to Travel documents or Visa denials, refusal, delays, cancellations by clients or by third parties.
  2. If our service to you is delayed due to your inability to provide to us the required information on time or by any third party delays; Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees, losses or damages.
  3. Refund request for any of the professional services offered by Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd will be made by completing the Refund Request Form.
  4. All qualified Refund requests will be refunded less 20% to cover for the Administrative cost. The refund will be made within twenty (20) working days of receiving the completed refund request form.
  5. Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd does not offer any refund for hardware, software, maintenance and support services.
  6. We reserve the right to change this refunds policy at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
