SERVICE REQUEST

The following terms ("Terms") govern visa assistance service offered by Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd with a brand name "Isnet Solutions to individuals or companies ("you" or "your"). It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By completing and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms of services:
Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd with a brand name (Isnet Solutions) with website www.isnetsolutions.com thereafter referred to as (Company).

You understand and acknowledge that the issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the issuing Embassy. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the application to the Visa issuing authority.

You understand and acknowledge that Company is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by mail couriers commercial carriers.
Your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions herein signifies that you understand and agree to the following:

1. Company acts as your limited agent for the purpose of submitting and facilitating your visa application and processing. Company does not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under our control, including, but not limited to, Travel Agents, Consulates, Embassies, or any other Entities or any delivery-service involved in handling documents.

2. You understand that you are paying a service fee to the Company covering as it relates to visa assistance services, you are still responsible for the respective embassies fees like visa appointment fees, travel documents legalization, translation where applicable and any other fees which may be required by the Embassy or its delegated partners.

3. Company has no control over the decisions made by Issuing Authorities regarding denial or approval of any travel document or visa. The issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the Issuing Authority. Further, Company is not responsible for the failure of any Issuing Authority to issue a visa, or other travel document in a timely fashion.

4. Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer upon Company's suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at Company's sole discretion. Our maximum liability for refusal of service is limited to the amount of the service fee paid to and collected by Company from you with less 20% for administrative fee under all circumstances, without limitation..

5. Company will ensure the traveler is informed and advised regarding all the Embassy specified requirements for visa issuance thus making it easier for visa issuance by the issuing authority.

6. Company, its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees shall not be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary requirements for travel, for the action or inaction of any government body or Issuing Authority, or for the performance or non-performance by any third party delivery company.

7. At all times and under all circumstances, Company's total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, injuries, demands, judgements, costs, liabilities, or damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action or legal theory, shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the fees paid to and collected by Company from you with less 20% administrative fee.

8. You agree that in no event shall the company be liable to you for any indirect, special, exemplary, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits.

9. Refund Policy

a. ON VISA ASSISTANCE SERVICES

No refunds shall be granted for assessment fee, documentation fee, and third-party expenses and for events that are beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to: Travel documents or Visa denials, refusal, cancellations, delays intentional or otherwise, document procurement difficulties including incomplete or inaccurate required filing of information by you.

Visa Assistance Service fee shall be refunded if the refund request was made within ten (10) days after payment and it shall be less 20% for administrative fee if any of the non-refundable conditions below does not apply:

Visa Assistance Service fee shall not be refunded if the requested service has been processed and any of the involved stages have been completed by the company.

Visa Assistance Service fee shall not be refunded if the request for a refund was made after ten (10) days of payment.

b. GENERAL REFUND INFORMATION

If a project or service is delayed due to the client’s internal processes, third party delays, Isnet Solutions will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client.

Refund request for any of professional services offered by Isnet Solutions will be made by completing the Refund Request Form.

All qualified Refund requests will be refunded less 20% to cover for the Administrative cost. The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the completed refund request form.

We reserve the right to change this refunds policy at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.

10. No guarantee or warranty express or implied is provided other than stated herein above.

11. You submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in Nigeria for all litigation arising out of this agreement. The sole and exclusive venue for any such dispute shall be Nigeria.

Foreign Admission Service (FAS) Terms and Conditions.

The following terms ("Terms") govern foreign admission assistance service offered by Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd with a brand name ("Isnet Solutions") to individuals or companies ("you" or "your"). It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By completing and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms of service. You understand and acknowledge that the issuance of a foreign admission is at the discretion of the issuing academic institution. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the application to the institution that issues your admission. You understand and acknowledge that Isnet Consultancy Solutions Ltd with the brand name ("Isnet Solutions") www.isnetsolutions.com thereafter referred to as (“company")is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by you or any third-party. Your acknowledgement of the terms of service herein signifies that you understand and agree to the following:

1. You agree that the company acts as your limited agent for the purpose of submitting and facilitating your application through a courier for a foreign admission with reputable university. Company does not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under our control, including, but not limited to universities admission offices or any other the delivery-service provider involved in handling your documents.

2. You agree that you are paying a service fee to the Company as relating to foreign admission assistance services, you are still responsible for the respective admission fees which will be paid directly to the university or its authorized partners.

3. Company has no control over the decisions made by issuing authorities regarding denial or approval of any admission. The issuance of an admission is at the discretion of the issuing authority. Further, company is not responsible for the failure of any issuing authority to issue an admission.

4. Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer upon company’s suspicion or belief that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise deficient. Such refusal of service is at company’s sole discretion.
